About the Position

We are looking for a meticulous and persistent material administrator who thrives in a dynamic work environment where quick solutions and continuous problem-solving are part of everyday life. Our client specializes in the manufacturing of large engines and generators. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring material availability, monitoring deliveries, and analyzing any discrepancies. You will play a central role in material management and act as a key player to ensure that operations run smoothly.

This is a consulting assignment for approximately 6-9 months. This means that you will be employed by us at Cleverex Bemanning and leased to our client. If everything feels good in the collaboration, there may be an opportunity for an extension.

Job Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure material availability and manage discrepancies.
Analyze material flows and identify potential issues.
Coordinate deliveries through continuous contact with transport companies and suppliers.
Manage reporting files and flag discrepancies.
Participate in daily meetings and material-related discussions.

Your Profile

Completed high school diploma, further education in logistics is an advantage.
Experience in administrative work and/or material monitoring.
Good knowledge of Excel and strong general computer skills.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You are a persistent and results-oriented person who takes initiative and does what is necessary to ensure that the material flow works. You enjoy handling quick tasks and thrive in a role where you can act as a problem solver. You are communicative and comfortable calling transport companies and suppliers to drive processes forward.
